What can I do if I don't see the equipment I'm looking for on the website?

If you’re having trouble finding the exact equipment you want, contact us first to see whether or not we have it in-house. There are new products coming in daily that might not yet be posted on our website.

What are your rental requirements?

Our rental requirements can be found on our account application form under Customers at the top-right of our website. This form features a list of all the necessary information in order to rent out any of our equipment. You must complete this form and submit it to our rental associates. Contact us and we will help you get started today! 

If you wish to rent out equipment under Hollywood Camera Inc., please give us a call and we can set a meeting to discuss a rental contract.

What kind of payment options are available?

In order to rent out our equipment, a legitimate proof of finance must be available. We prefer to take checks, although Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards are also accepted.

When will I receive my deposit back?

We require a security deposit in order to check-out equipment for rental. After all the rental items have been returned, there is a 72-hour fall-back. Once we have confirmed the equipment is in order, we contact the respective financial handlers to release your deposit.

What are your hours of operation / When should I come to return equipment?

We are available Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM PST. All items for return are taken at 10:00 AM.
